Payment Policy: BADINCRYSTALS accept, Cash, Certified Checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Amex. Personal or Company checks are accepted. Keep in mind that paying with personal/company checks will have a 10 days hold/clearance before we ship your order.

BADINCRYSTALS will charge a 6.5% restocking fee on all returns. Shipping charges are NOT refundable. All returns must be received back at our store within 10 days from the date our customer received it.

All products offered by BADINCRYSTALS are sold AS IS to our customer. Warranty is not offered by BADINCRYSTALS. To ensure your order has arrived in it’s entirely; please check it immediately upon receipt. Count the boxes, check for damage and check the shipment against the packing slip. All sales are final, except if any merchandise is missing or damaged, please call us promptly and we will take care of it. At this time you will be given an RA (return authorization) number, without the RA we will no be able to accept your return.
